Who this notice is from
This website is operated under the brand Anigala. The legal entity responsible for it is Corporación IDENDI, established in Colombia.
What you send us
This site has four forms: a general contact form, a project enquiry form, a digital totem quote request, and the quote form on the digital totem campaign page. They are the only places the site collects information about you, and every field is one you type yourself.
Depending on the form, that can include your name, company, email address, phone number, city, country, the type of project or solution you are interested in, quantity, intended use, your preferred contact method, and whatever you write in the message field.
We use it for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell it and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Contacting us on WhatsApp
Some pages offer a WhatsApp button. It opens WhatsApp with a message already typed for you; nothing is sent until you send it, and no information about your visit is added to that message.
If you do write to us there, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is governed by their terms as well as ours. It is a commercial channel, not the channel for privacy requests.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private collection on Wix, the platform that hosts this site. That collection is not readable by site visitors: only the server that receives your submission can write to it, and only Anigala can read it.
Campaign attribution
If you arrive from an advertising link, that link may carry campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term). We keep those labels for the duration of your browsing session and attach them to your enquiry if you send one, so we can tell which campaign it came from.
These labels describe the advertisement, not you. No identifier is created for you, no fingerprint is derived from your device, and nothing is shared with other websites.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets only what it needs to function, plus whatever you choose to allow. The cookie policy lists every item individually.
Analytics and advertising
Anigala has added no advertising pixel of its own to this site. There is no Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn or TikTok tag. If one is added, it will be named in the cookie policy and will run only after you allow the matching category.
Wix, which hosts this site, loads its own measurement scripts as part of the platform. Your choice here is passed to Wix as well, so declining analytics also tells the platform not to use analytics or advertising storage.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to deal with it and to keep a record of our commercial correspondence, and no longer than is useful for that purpose.
As a standard commercial retention period, we keep an enquiry for 24 months from the last commercial interaction with you. After that it is deleted.
We keep it longer only where applicable law requires it, or where it is necessary to meet a legal or accounting obligation — and in that case only for as long as that obligation lasts.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted a form.
Write to contacto@idendi.org and we will deal with it. That address is the contact channel for privacy and data requests; it is not a data protection officer, and Anigala has not appointed one.
